The SustainTour consortium is making significant progress in the development of the blended learning materials for the Sustainable Tourism Advisor programme, one of the key outputs of Work Package 3.
Following the successful design of the curriculum, based on extensive desk and field research conducted in Albania and Kosovo, and enriched by European best practices contributed by BEE Group, DIMITRA and MMC, partners are now collaboratively developing the programme’s 15 core learning modules.
The modules are structured around three key competence areas:
- Green Competences
- Digital Competences
- Social & Responsible Competences
To ensure accessibility and wider impact, all learning materials are being developed in both English and Albanian. The programme follows a blended learning approach, combining face-to-face training with online learning to provide a flexible and learner-centred educational experience.
Through this collaborative effort, SustainTour is strengthening the capacity of VET providers to equip future professionals with the knowledge and skills needed for a more sustainable tourism sector.
